How do you accommodate guests from all around the world and have them experience Canada and attend a wedding? If you are Emma & Adam, you invite them to a weekend camp wedding in Orillia. I hope camp wedding becomes a thing because it was so much fun! When Emma and Adam explained this to me in our meeting, I was immediately on board and excited for their big day.
Despite the weather forecasting thunderstorm and potential tornado, we just dodged the thunderstorm for the ceremony and everyone enjoyed the day participating in camp activities the couple has planned for the weekend. Furthermore, they’ve managed to successfully incorporate a camp theme with a music festivity. They had two live bands, retro VW RV photo booth, SUP boarding, biking, archery, water skiing, swimming, acrobatic swing, wall climbing, and cabins spanning the large camp site at Camp Wahanowin in Orillia, Ontario. It was clear that everyone loved and cared for Emma & Adam – there were definitely lots of laughs and tears in this one! I can always appreciate a good speech, the ones where I feel like I get to know more about my couple.
We are so happy with the way the final wedding highlight turned out! Wedding videos document your day, but often it can appear very formulated. My team and I strive to tell your story, the way the whole day felt, and showcase your personality into each film we create with the right music, audio, and footage. Telling a story is not just a chronological record of the day, when I say a story, you should feel like you can experience the wedding like you were part of it and/or re-experience it emotionally. Like a great novel, you know it is a good story when you can feel the character’s experience!
